Bio: My first console was a PlayStation, probably when I was 5 or 6, but it got confiscated when I spent too much time playing Digimon World. Was a tough moment in my life and is yet to be topped. I also had an N64 at my grandparents’ house – Mario Kart 64 was like a drug. I first started gaming more seriously on PC, and didn’t properly get back into console gaming until I got an Xbox 360 in 2006 despite a brief flirtation with the GameCube. Followed that up with a PS3 that my dad bought as Blu-Ray player in 2007. Since then I now have the new slimline versions of both consoles in my room. I play the 360 and PS3 pretty equally, they’ve kind of rotated as to which is my multi-platform console of choice but it’s usually the 360, with the PS3 being better for the exclusives. Late 2013 has seen me cave in and add a PS4 and a PS Vita to my collection of consoles. Play the odd casual game on my Nexus 4, whilst my PC gets used for the latest iteration of Football Manager and an assortment of free-to-play games.
